Basic Survival Needs
Like all living organisms in nature, humans have basic needs that are essential to our Survival.
Sometimes, these necessities of life are neglected, abused, damaged or destroyed causing a detrimental effect on our mental, emotional and physical health.
It is our responsibility to provide, supply and cater for these basic needs - for ourselves and for our children, as best we can.
This, is how we provide for our children and their future.
Rule of Threes & Survival Priorities
Wild Camping
Camping wild (in a tent or bush-craft shelter) is one of the best forms of Therapy for us Humans.
Returning to Nature and living alongside the wild, concentrating purely on survival - just as the other species do.
(Without any modern luxuries or conveniences)
Allowing ourselves to be wild and free, helps:
-
remind us what life is actually about
-
clear and refocus our mind, as we adapt
-
rebalance and ground (External) us, when walking barefoot
-
expand our knowledge, experience and test our skills
-
get us fitter and healthier
-
respect the land and other living species more.
It is liberating! (especially if you just wear the bare minimum)
It is also a great Family Team-Building activity.
Learning to work together towards the same aim and goal.
